Kigali 26th July 2011: The Minister of Health, Dr Agnes Binangwaho, yesterday officially opened the High Dependency Unit (HDU) at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali. The HDU will be used for patients in a less critical condition than those in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
